Check-In: after 14.00 pm. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present a personal document for the hotel’s records. These documents will be returned upon departure or by request.
Check-Out: Check out time is until 12.00 am.
Late Check-Out Policy
Please inform reception if you would like to keep your room after 12 oˊclock. Your stay can be prolonged depending on the availability of free rooms . If the room is available an extra tariff will be charged. If the guest refuse to leave the room on expiry of the period the management has the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.
Payment terms:
Payment should be settled at the Front Desk upon check-in or as requested by the Front Desk. To guarantee the booking we require 50% of the amount to be paid within 7 days from date of reservation and full payment to be done until the scheduled day of arrival.

Payment for all hotel services can be done cash or by credit card accepted at the Hotel (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO). Please pay your bills upon request of the Front Desk during your stay at the Hotel. All bills are due upon request.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged; If cancelled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged; In case of no show 100% of the first night will be charged; All bank fees and taxes for the refund are covered by the customer.

Smoking Policy
Atlas Hotel is a smoke-free area. In accordance with the change of Bulgarian legislation the Hotel is a NON SMOKING area including guest bedrooms, public areas and corridors. Any evidence of smoking found in guest rooms will result in a 200 Leva fine to the guest account.
Lost Belongings
Guests should lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your guest room. The Hotel has provided an in-room safty deposit box for your use and convenience.
The Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel.
Pet Policy
Atlas Hotel is a pet-free property except assistance dogs.
Damages Policy
Atlas Hotel reserves the right to charge the guests for the cost of damage concious or unconcious including cleaning services caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to hotel’s property. The guest will be held responsible for any lost or damaged to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person they are responsible for.
If the damage is ascertained after the guest has left the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card or to send an invoice for the amount due for the repair.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages may be served for consumption only to individuals 18 years old or over that age with a valid Identification document.
No-Party Policy
Hotel Atlas has a strict "No Party" policy in hotel rooms. The hotel does not tolerate unacceptable levels of noise or behavior that may result in the guests being expelled from the hotel without the right of compensation. Guests planning an event of any rank are required to contact the reception desk - the internal number "9" - to assist in organizing the desired event.
Parking
Parking is available at the Hotel (limited places).
Security Cameras
Hotel Atlas is equipped with camera system which covers the public areas.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws
All guests are required to comply with the rules, guidelines, and oral recommendations of the staff as well as comply with all applicable acts, laws and government rules.
For Personal Safety
Please avoid using any electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that could cause a fire.
Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking could lead to a fire hazard. Smoking is not permitted except in the designated smoking areas.
Please review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of the guest room door and find out the emergency exits on your floor promptly upon your arrival.
Please leave your key on reception when leaving the room. Please make sure your door is locked when you leave your room.
Please identify any visitor by partially opening the door. If you notice any suspicious people please contact the Front Desk immediately at internal number "9".
Please avoid inviting outside visitors to your room.
