Check-in: after 3:00 PM. You are required to present your ID card, passport, or temporary residence card upon check-in. According to Bulgarian law, hotel guests must provide a personal identification document for hotel records.
Check-out: Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Late Check-out
Please inform the Front Desk if you would like to keep your room after 11:00 AM. Extension of your stay is subject to hotel occupancy. If the room is available, an additional fee according to the current price list will apply. In case the guest refuses to vacate the room after the stay has ended, Hotel Management reserves the right to remove the guest’s belongings from the room.
Payment Terms
Payment must be settled at the Front Desk upon check-in or as requested by reception. To guarantee your booking, we require 50% of the total amount to be paid within 7 days of confirmation, and full payment to be made by the day of arrival.

Payment for all hotel services can be made in cash or by credit card accepted by the hotel (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). Please settle all bills upon request from the Front Desk during your stay. All amounts due must be paid upon request.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival, no fee will be charged;
- If cancelled or modified later than 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged;
- In case of no-show, a fee equal to one night will be charged;
- All bank transfer costs and related fees for refunds are at the client’s expense;
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the price, offer, or period of your reservation.
No-show Policy
Reservations will be held for 24 hours after the date of arrival. 100% of the first night's rate is non-refundable in case of no-show.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, Atlas Hotel follows a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and hallways. Any evidence of smoking in the hotel room will result in a fine of 200 BGN charged to the guest's account.
Lost Belongings
Guests are advised to always lock their room door when leaving or going to sleep. Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your room. A safe is provided in the room for your convenience, available at an additional charge.
Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's property within the hotel or in the guest room.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms at Atlas Hotel, except for guide dogs.
Damage Policy
Atlas Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damages, whether caused intentionally or by negligence, including extra cleaning services resulting from the guest's actions. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
If damage is discovered after the guest’s departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card or send an invoice for the cost of the repairs.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages may be served only to individuals 18 years of age or older upon presentation of a valid ID.
No-Party Policy
Atlas Hotel enforces a strict “No Party” policy in guest rooms. Unacceptable levels of noise or behavior may lead to the eviction of guests without compensation. Guests planning to host an event of any kind are required to contact the Front Desk at internal number “9” for assistance with the organization.
Parking
The hotel offers parking (spaces are limited).
Security Cameras
Atlas Hotel is equipped with a surveillance camera system that covers all public areas.
Government Rules, Regulations, and Legal Compliance
All guests must comply with the hotel’s rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws and government regulations.
For Your Personal Safety
- Please avoid using electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking devices, or irons that could cause a fire.
- Do not smoke in bed or anywhere where smoking may pose a fire risk.
- Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Please refrain from any actions that may pose a fire hazard in rooms or common areas.
- Review the emergency exit instructions located on the inside of your room door and identify emergency exits on your floor upon arrival.
- Always carry your room key when leaving and ensure the door is securely closed. Partially open the door to identify visitors. If you notice any suspicious individuals, contact the Front Desk immediately at internal number “9”.
- Please avoid inviting external visitors to your room.
